Short answer: it sells nothing in Tuscany today
At our last check Attraction Tickets had no products on sale in Tuscany. The addresses of its old Florence and Tuscany pages redirect straight to the homepage. If you have arrived here from an old link, or from a guide that recommended it for day trips from Florence, that information is no longer valid.
What to do instead:
- For the classic day trip from Florence (Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Chianti): book on a platform with plenty of recent reviews, or directly with the local operator.
- For entry tickets (Tower of Pisa, the Duomo in Siena): use the official sites, which cost less.
- If you need a protected package with a hotel: go to a tour operator that sells Tuscany, because Attraction Tickets has none here.
Who Attraction Tickets is
The company is Attraction Tickets LTD, registered in England under number 04390984, with its office at Nucleus House, 2 Lower Mortlake Road, Richmond. It was incorporated on 8 March 2002 and recently passed into employee ownership.
Its business is tickets and packages for British families, above all for the Orlando theme parks and for Paris. Tuscany has dropped out of the catalogue entirely.

ABTOT, ATOL and what is really protected
People booking from the UK often look for protection logos. Here is what they are worth in this case.

In practice, a single ticket bought from Attraction Tickets is not covered by the ABTOT guarantee. Protection only applies when you buy a hotel and tickets together. For Tuscany the question is purely theoretical, because there are no packages on sale.
What the "Tuscany Experience" was
Attraction Tickets' last Tuscan product was the "Tuscany Experience: Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano and Chianti". It wasn't its own tour: it was a resale of a product by Sightseeing Experience, a Tuscan operator. These were the terms:
- departure at 07:30 from the Sightseeing Experience Visitor Center inside Santa Maria Novella station;
- free cancellation up to 72 hours before;
- a £50 deposit at the time of booking.
By the spring the listing already showed "not available", and today the page is gone. "Tuscany Experience" is the name of a product, not of a company: if you search for it, you'll find the operator's tour, not Attraction Tickets.
Who runs the tour today: Sightseeing Experience
The tour still exists and is sold directly by Sightseeing Experience, an operator based in Cavriglia (province of Arezzo) that was recently bought by Busitalia, part of the FS Italian railways group. In short: departure at 07:30 from Santa Maria Novella, a coach with Wi-Fi for about eleven and a half hours, a light lunch and three wines at a Chianti estate, and the Tower of Pisa and a guided tour of Siena as extras. On the operator's site it cost about €52, against the "from €65" shown on Visit Tuscany; the cancellation rule varies from one channel to another, and no-shows are not refunded. If you are booking from the UK
People used to buying from Attraction Tickets were looking for three things: a price in pounds, a deposit instead of full payment, and English-language support on a UK number. For Tuscany you won't find them there any more, but you can get almost all of it elsewhere.
- Booking directly with Sightseeing Experience, you pay in euros and speak to the people who actually run the coach: WhatsApp +39 324 811 4807, phone 055 961237, email info@sightseeing-experience.com, from 09:00 to 18:00.
- Booking on a big platform, you get English-language support and, on day trips, usually free cancellation up to 24 hours before. The price may show in pounds if you browse from the UK, but check the exchange rate your card applies.
- On the day of the trip, the meeting point is inside the station, in the ticket hall: don't confuse it with Piazzale Montelungo, outside, where other operators' day trips leave from.
Attraction Tickets reviews
At our last check Attraction Tickets had an average of 4.8 on Trustpilot from about 33,600 reviews. It is a high score, but it relates mainly to the theme parks and destinations the company is known for: it tells you little about how it would perform in Tuscany.
That is why the score is 1 out of 5, below Tickitaly and Headout. It isn't a judgement on the company, which does good work in its own markets, but on how useful it is to someone planning a trip to Tuscany: the other platforms reviewed here at least sell something, with strengths and weaknesses; Attraction Tickets sells nothing today, and its last Tuscan tour was a resale of a product you are better off buying at the source.
